Welcome to Jibu. By accessing or using our platform, mobile application, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. User Eligibility
To use Jibu services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations
3. Orders and Delivery Responsibilities
When placing an order through Jibu:
- You are making an offer to purchase products or services from partner businesses
- Orders are subject to acceptance by the partner business
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on various factors
- You must be available to receive the delivery at the specified address
- Jibu acts as a facilitator between you, partner businesses, and couriers
4. Payments, Fees, and Refunds
Payment terms:
- All prices are displayed in local currency and include applicable taxes
- Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and other factors
- Payment is processed when the order is confirmed
- Refunds are issued for cancelled orders (before preparation) or legitimate complaints
- Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process
5. Partner and Courier Obligations
Partners and couriers agree to:
- Maintain quality standards for products and services
- Fulfill orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Provide excellent customer service
- Pay applicable commission fees as per the partnership agreement
6. Account Suspension or Termination
Jibu reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse the platform, or harm other users. Users may close their accounts at any time through the app settings.
7. Account Deletion
You have the right to request permanent deletion of your Jibu account and all associated personal data at any time. To initiate an account deletion request:
- Send an email to support@jibudelivery.com from the email address associated with your account
- Include "Account Deletion Request" as the subject line
- Provide your full name and registered phone number for verification
Upon receiving your request, our team will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 business days. Once deleted, the following actions will take effect:
- Your account and profile information will be permanently removed
- Your order history and saved addresses will be erased
- Any active subscriptions or promotions will be cancelled
- Stored payment methods will be deleted from our systems
- This action is irreversible and you will need to create a new account to use Jibu again
8. Limitation of Liability
Jibu provides a platform connecting users with partner businesses and couriers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products ordered, the ability of partners to fulfill orders, or the conduct of couriers. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jibu operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
10. Changes to Terms
Jibu may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
